Hello Alana,I have used the product called Dustroy. It is a surface spray that had me and my sister both sleep a full night through...first time in a long time for me!! I woke with no itching eyes or runny nose either. We both have severe dust mite allergies. One spay to the bedding and pillows lasted for a few months. Cheers Janene

I can now look back over 12 years and describe how I improved my health without any drugs from allergies which I believe, sinus & hay fever problems are. It took me about 9 years to come to a solution as far as my health is concerned. I have read some of the other blogs on this website and their remedies are on a different direction then the path I have taken. On some of the blogs the importance of Vitamin C is stated and I totally agree with the information. The amount of Vitamin C I should take, is what took me a long time to come to grips with. I was lucky enough to meet someone that took a very large amount of Vitamin C in divided doses during a day and with this knowledge I was able to work out how much I should take to reduce and then eliminate my sinus infection caused by airborne allergies. I take the Blackmore’s 1000mg VitC a number of times during the day and increase the amount when I feel that I have the beginning of a cold or allergies attack. Vitamin C is what I use adjust to remove my sinus problem, but I also take a multi Vitamin, Omega 3, zinc and a Vitamin B Complex. These products I consume on a daily basis and I am very close to achieving the governments advice that each person should eat 5 pieces of fruit and at least 3 types of vegetables, of different colours if possible.
