Do you do anything in particular? Do you take anything or can you recommend anything?

I eat lots of fruit and vegetables and I take Immunodefence to build up my immunity.

I try to get enough sleep, take vitamin C if I feel run down, don't over-exercise. Fatigue is a sure-fire way for me to come down with something!

Generally eating well, but in particular I try and eat an orange every day, or squeeze some oranges to make fresh juice, and I also make sure I get 8 hours sleep (or try and catch up if I miss some) if I feel like I'm about to get sick.

I agree that eating lots of fruit and vegetables is essantial. Particularly during winter, I also take Olive Leag extract, which I have found to be fantastic. After several years battling colds, bronchitis and atypical pneumonia, Olive Leaf Extract was instrumental, I think, in keeping me well and able to fight off infection all through last winter.

DUring winter I try to be consious of eting lots of fruit and veg. As it gets colder it is often easy to fall into the trap of eating heavy comfort foods..... for me any way. So i make an effort to keep my fruit and veg intake up. I also drink lots of water and try to get good sleep. If I start to feel myself getting run down or exhausted I am sure to try to take things a little easier, take some supplements that boost immunity and up my fresh juices!
