I recently came across these two excellent training schedules so I thought I'd share them here. These are put together assuming that you already have a little bit of a base fitness and may already run semi-regularly. Good luck!

10-Week Half Marathon Training Schedule

This would be my 1st time to attempt the 1/2marathon in Sept..
I'm not confident but I'm trying hard in my training..

Good for you for attempting a marathon this year! I'd recommend using the training schedule above to prepare.

I have three Sydney half marathons under my belt, and would really like to give one marathon a shot, and was thinking it would be this year, is there a training programe that you can recommend.
