When you’re pregnant looking after your health is more important than ever. A healthy diet and lifestyle optimises your own wellbeing and that of your baby, and prepares your body for labour.
Many of the issues faced in pregnancy are due to the hormonal changes the body is going through, while others are due to the physical pressure of the baby on the structures of the body or to the baby’s needs being prioritised over the mother’s. In some cases, a combination of these issues are involved.
Talk to your healthcare professional about any concerns you have during pregnancy. Your peace of mind is important, and it is better to be safe than sorry.

Hi Christine,Thank you for your post. Yes you can take an extra fish oil, vitamin D and Vitamin C, although it may not be necessary as the Conceive- Well Gold product contains all those ingredients. Ideally, preparing for a healthy pregnancy should commence at least six months prior to conception so we generally recommend taking pre-conception nutrients up to six months before conception.Once you have discovered that you are pregnant, Blackmores recommends changing over to a formula specific for both pregnancy and breastfeeding to help maintain your nutrient levels during the next part of your journey. For more information please click on this link to see a comprehensive article on Preconception from the Blackmores Website. All the best and feel free to contact the Naturopathic Advisory Line on 1800 803 760 or email email@example.com for more individual guidance. Kind regards, Gina (a Blackmores Naturopath)

Hi, I just start to have Conceive-Well Gold. Do I need to take another supplement like fish oil & vitamin D ?I used to have Omega Triple concentrated fish oil, Vitamin D3 1000IU & Bio C 1000mg from Blackmores as well. Should I stop them or keep continue together with Conceive-Well Gold ?Thanks.
