Why it's good:
Combining oats, sunflower seeds, almonds, raisins and apples- this delicious low GI muesli provides fibre and essential nutrients.

Prepare the night before for a quick and easy breakfast- a great way to start your day!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup of chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup of raisins
  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 apples

Method
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; boil the water and
pour over the dry mixture, mixing lightly.
Cover, allow to stand at room temperature overnight.
In the morning grate apples into muesli; mix well and serve.

Serves: 4
