Blackmores New Omega Daily Liquid Fish Oil has been especially formulated to provide a high dose of omega-3s in a product designed to deliver quality.
Can be mixed with a small amount of juice, or take with food if preferred.As an Omega-3 supplement:Adults and children over 12 years – Take 1-2ml daily. Children under 12 years – only as professionally prescribed. For Arthritis use:Adults – take 5ml daily.
High doses of fish oil (more than the recommended 5 ml per day) should not be taken in the week before surgery.
Per 5mL dose: Concentrated omega-3 triglycerides-fish 4.7 g
Containing omega-3 marine triglycerides 2.8 g as: Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 1.7 g Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 1.1 g
*Standard fish oil capsules contain 180 mg EPA and 120 mg of DHA.
