Training for a marathon or half marathon?

Training for the marathon or half marathon?

By Michelle Guillemard. Running season is about to begin and many of you have started asking for for tips. If you’re keen on doing one of the longer runs, it’s probably time to start thinking about training!

I recently came across these two excellent training schedules so I thought I'd share them here. These are put together assuming that you already have a little bit of a base fitness and may already run semi-regularly. Good luck!

10-Week Half Marathon Training Schedule

I have three Sydney half marathons under my belt, and would really like to give one marathon a shot, and was thinking it would be this year, is there a training programe that you can recommend.
