This product can't possibly do anything for anyone. Even if you accept the limited evidence for the use of bilberry, 5g of bilberry extract three times a day is far below the necessary daily dose for any therapeutic purpose. I would be interested to hear the response of the Blackmores Advisory Team.

Hi, I would like to know which product is better for me. I am a university student, and need to deal with my papers almost everyday on computers; also, I am already nearsighted (about 200 degree). I want to improve my eyesight and reduce eye stress/ dryness. Which one suits me better, bilberry or lutein? Thx~
