Hi, I bought the product from our tour guide, but I think these are fake, could you tell me how to identify the product? Does the product have serial numbers or some sort of numbers on it for me to identify?

Hello. This cream was introduced to me through a friend a couple of weeks ago and since then I have been loving it. However, as someone who pays attention to ingredients of all skin care products I use, I wanted to ask why there are so many different types of preservatives in this amazing product
(phenoxyethanol, methylparaben, butylparaben, ethylparaben, isobutylparaben, propylparaben) and whether all of them were necessary for its effectiveness. Thank you!

Hi, I bought two VE cream separately and there is some differences.

The one which batch number is (B)5C57 has a fragrance. It smells like vanilla cream. It smooth my skin after used it.
But the one which batch number is (B)6B119 smells like washing powder. And it make my skin feel coarse.

Why the two have so many difference? Are they the same product or I bought the false? Could you help for me to check it Authentic?
Thanks.
