Hi, I read from some article and it says: For better absorption, look for FFA (free fatty acids), TG, rTG (triglycerides and reformed triglycerides), and PLs (phospholipids), rather than EE (ethyl esters). Does OMEGA DAILY (Concentrated Fish Oil) is processed as rTG ? Kindly advice.

So for this product, with 1 g (1000 mg) containing omega-3 marine triglycerides 600 mg, can I take more 1 capsule a day? If yes, how many should I take for a person with arthritis problem? The Blackmores Advisory Team appear a little confused regarding the source of Omega Daily product.
One says it is derived from Bovine(cow) source and another says Anchovies.
Please advise exactly where it is taken from.
