With so many temptations out there, it’s helpful to be prepared and organised when you go grocery shopping.

The key? Shop to a list!

Not only will this help you save time, it will also help to prevent impulse buying and help you stick to a meal plan.

Here’s a sneak peak at what’s on my shopping list – it’s loaded with healthy food choices and it’s what I recommend to my clients to manage a healthy waistline.
