I wonder if there is any interactions between these products
One more question about usage, it's better if I use zinc before dinner or after dinner? and can you tell me the most effective way to use it as example after 15 minute after dinner or something like that?
Thanks!

Hello, Just bought bio zinc because I want to try if it will help me with my acne problem. Is it okay to take mega magnesium with bio zinc? Is there any side effect? How long will I take bio zinc?

Thanks
Hi, I've been adding this Bio Zinc to my diet as I suffer from mild dermatitis - I have tried everything and no response. Yet, when I take the Zinc, I can definitely see a positive change. However, since I have been taking this Zinc supplement, I have been suffering from constipation. I cannot remember the last time I have been constipated as my fiber intake is high on a daily basis.

Other supplements I take: Fish Oil, Glucosamine and Vitamin C.

I know the Zinc is causing the constipation because I have stopped using it a number of times, and each time my bowels improve. However, when I go back on it, constipated again.

I just want to know - has anyone else had this problem? Is it common? Can it be the pill itself, or the fact that I am supplementing Zinc.

I don't know what to do - my Zinc bottle contains 160 odd tablets and I don't want to waste it because it works for my dermatitis. I can't return the item because I have already used a few tablets.

Thanks in advance.
I have low hemoglobin and i ask my pharmacist to give me supplement to increase my hemoglobin but she give me this instead. Is its okay for me to take?
