Hi, can use evening primrose oil fish oil with this product?
Hi. Is there any differences between bio zinc & bio zinc plus? I bought bio zinc plus for my acne problem. Is it the right supplement since the packaging of bio zinc plus stated for health supplement, not skin health.
How long is safe for older teens to continuously take Bio Zinc to improve acne? Should it be stopped periodically and if so, how often is recommended? This product is making a huge improvement to their acne prone skin. Would it be safe for a 15 year old also?
Will biozinc help will acne marks and how long will it take for all of the acne to go away?
Hi, thanks for your question.

It would be suitable for your husband to continue to take the Bio Zinc at the recommended dose of 1 tablet per day. Bio Zinc contains 25mg of elemental zinc per tablet. The upper limit of zinc is 80mg of elemental zinc per day, so unless he is consuming other supplements which also contain zinc, then you would need to consider the dosage and appropriateness of use. Please feel free to contact the Advisory Service on 1800 803 760 (free call within Australia) if you have any further queries.

Kind regards,

Hi there, I recently purchased Bio Zinc for my 40 year old husband as a supplement to improve his skin condition and overall immunity. He has no other health issues. Will taking daily dose be advisable? I have read that prolong overdose of zinc could lead to damaging vital organs. Appreciate your clarification. Thanks.
Recently I purchased this product with high desire in acne treatment.
I used to try some products with vitamin A, E but it's not effective on me.
I reached a blog recommend about this product and decided to try it.

I wonder if there is any interactions between these products
One more question about usage, it's better if I use zinc before dinner or after dinner? and can you tell me the most effective way to use it as example after 15 minute after dinner or something like that?
Hello, my throat is very sensitive when taking tablets, is it okay if i were to break the tablet in 2 and then take it or must this be taken as a whole to effectively work?
