(standardised to contain ginkgo flavonglycosides 10.7mg and ginkgolides and bilobalide 2.7mg)

Dosage

Adults – Take 1 tablet 3 times daily with meals, or as professionally prescribed.

Children – Not recommended for children under 12 years.

Contraindications and cautions

  • If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional
  • Discontinue use at least 2 weeks before surgery. Ginkgo may increase the risk of bleeding associated with surgery
  • Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • May rarely cause mild gastrointestinal symptoms, headache or dizziness

Hi, I have been reading up on the daily dosage of Ginkgo online, and it seems that the standard recommended intake is 120-240mg. Is 2,000-3,000mg actually okay? I'm worried that it may cause blood thinning. Thanks!
