Dear Quang Our fish oil capsules do contain a small amount of soy oil as a natural antioxidant source of vitamin E. The consumption of soy in relation to thyroid health has many mixed opinions. Generally it is recommended to avoid too many unfermented soy protein based foods such as tofu and soy milk. If your mother is concerned about the small amount of soy oil in the fish oil capsules, then separating these from her thyroid medication by at least 2 hours will help to minimise any possible absorption issues of her medication. I suggest your mother check with her doctor if the contained soy oil will be an issue or not. Please contact our Advisory Service 1800 803 760 or for any further help. Kind regards,Christine

Hi. I had a couple of questions. What is the current RDI for omega 3 for an adult women in Australia and why is it recommended to take 2 capsules/day of this product by Blackmores? this would provide you with 600mg of omega 3/day; is that correct? also if the tablet is 300mg per 1000mg omega 3 what is the other 700mg (majority) or the tablet your selling? thank you

Can you help me to check if the bottle blackmores is authentic? the batch No. is: 280379, and EXP. 08/09/18. I bought it from a local pharmacy store. Thank you very much.

Another question is why the company brand logo (BLACKMORES) font on the bottle is different to the one I bought before from Chemist Warehouse Australia.
