Dosage

Adults – Take 4-8g powder (1-2 sachets per day. Empty 4g (1 sachet) into a glass and add water or other cold beverage and mix until dissolved. Drink once dissolved. Drink plenty of water

Children under 18 – only as professionally prescribed

I have been taking this every morning for quite a while now and notice since the new formula was introduced the dosage says one or two sachets. Wondering when two would be required/recommended and would the doses be divided or taken together? Can you take it for symptomatic relief? Carolyn 😊
