My daughter is growing very well with the Blackmores Newborn formula. I plan to continue on with the later stages in the Blackmores range. However, I just noticed Blackmores Stage 3 has trans fat in it and has more trans fat than other brands such as a2 Platinum. I"m very disappointed and I wonder why there is trans fat for an infant drink.
Hi. Please tell me which temperature is suitable for preparing Blackmores Todder Milk Drink? Thank you
Has this product been discontinued? I've been using Blackmores Formula for 9 Months and have been in to both Woolworths and Coles and the product is no longer on the shelves. Have tried several pharmacies also and they no longer stock it.
Hi I've just changed my little boy to stage 3 in this formula, with no hassles at all. He has a few issues with his gut and I couldn't be happier with how the change has gone. He loves it. As a mum I was also really excited to see the smoothie suggestion on the package :) thank you
Could you please explain what are ingredients of "Vegetable Oil Blend" ? Is it Palm oil, corn oil, soy oil, etc. Some of this oils are considered to be unhealthy, e.g. palm oil or not sustainable.

Would you consider some organic ingredients in your baby formula?
Why don't you add Lactoferrin to the baby formula? It would be the first formula of its kind that includes real immune boosting protein from mothers milk.

Welcome to the Blackmores Infant Formula website. Please take a moment to read this important message:

Blackmores supports breastfeeding as the best nutrition for babies.

If you are considering an alternative to breastfeeding, please consult your health care professional.

  • Breastfeeding provides the right amount of nutrients needed for baby’s healthy growth particularly in the first 6 months.
  • Breastfeeding transfers antibodies and other protective factors that help protect baby against common infections.
  • Breastfeeding will help a mother’s womb return to normal size and assist in using up the extra fat stored in preparation for making breast milk.
  • Frequent breastfeeding will provide nipple stimulation and help to increase a mother’s milk supply to meet the needs of her growing baby, so it may be difficult to return to full breastfeeding if parents decide to partially formula feed a breastfed baby.
  • Parents should always consider the social and financial implications before selecting a method of baby feeding.
  • Formulas should always be prepared and used as directed. Improper use of infant formula, such as the use of unboiled water, incorrect dilution or unhygienic bottles may cause your baby to become ill.
