Adults

• Take 1 tablet once a day, 30 minutes to one hour before bedtime.

• Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
• Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual; fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
• May cause drowsiness, if affected do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery.
• If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
• If you have any pre-existing conditions, are on any medications, always talk to your health professional before use.
• Some products should be ceased at least two weeks before any elective surgery, please confirm with your health professional.
• Contains sulfites.
