Active ingredients per tablet


Adults – At the first sign of pre-menstrual symptoms and during menstruation, take 1 tablet (swallow whole) once a day. Take with food

For short-term use during menstruation only

  • Contains sulfites and phenylalanine
  • WARNING: Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your health practitioner as soon as possible

Hi, the Vitamin B6 tablets seem to have changed recently. They used to be large, oval-shaped tablets and now they're small, round tablets. Do they still contain the same ingredients as before?

hi, I'm reading everywhere that doses higher than 100mg of vit b6 can be dangerous. On your web it says 1g ( 1000mg) is dangerous to take. My Blackmore bottle says 240mg. I am confused as I don't know which is right . Could you please help thank you
