Snack Habitat

Snack Habitat, a branded health promotion initiative developed by the Children's Food Education Foundation, encourages kids to think of their bodies as precious habitats which should be looked after. Our focus is on redefining the snack and using taste education as the first step in giving children the skills and knowledge to make mindful food choices. www.snackhabitat.org.au

Exodus Foundation

The Exodus Foundation provides food, social health and wellbeing services without discrimination to those who need it most. They serve up to 1000 meals per day (or 350,000 meals per year!) to homeless and struggling Australians via their Loaves and Fishes Restaurant, night food van and Christmas Day Lunch. www.exodusfoundation.org.au/food

Bilgola Surf Life Saving Club

Bilgola Surf Life Saving Club is committed to protecting our community as well as building it. As well as conducting beach patrols and Nippers, they take pride in training local kids and adults in valuable life skills and leadership practices – in the process connections are made and community is built.
