Congratulations to all our participants that joined us at the 2022 Blackmores Sydney Running Festival!
2022 was a fantastic return for the Blackmores Sydney Running Festival, which celebrated its 20th anniversary. Over 35,000 running enthusiasts gathered early on a sunny Sunday morning to walk and run across the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and cityscape.

For the women’s, it was Jacqueline Godfrey who secured first place with a time of 2:28:21 followed by Sara-Ashlee Tair in second place.
This year’s Blackmores Sydney Marathon was an important milestone in showcasing Sydney as a world-class marathon, as its first year as a candidate for the Abbott World Marathon Majors. Blackmores Sydney Running Festival Director Wayne Larden says he hopes the record times achieved in this year’s marathon will ‘’encourage athletes from all over the world to put Sydney on their bucket list’’.
