Spiced Mango Chutney

1 mins to read
This spiced mango chutney is the perfect accompaniment for Christmas ham, crisp roast pork or to pop on a cheese platter. Mangos are naturally rich in calcium, vitamin A and C, they are also in prime season coming into the summer. This chutney is the perfect gift to celebrate home-grown produce, a tasty mix of fresh mangoes infused with mixed spice and ginger. Once popped into sterilized jars, this chutney will last six months – a long shelf life without any preservatives or additives! How great is making things from scratch.
