It is packed full of antioxidants from the berries and is a great way to satisfy your child’s hunger and is dairy, gluten and refined sugar free. Coconut milk is my favourite healthy fat and my go-to is Coco Quench which combines coconut milk with brown rice milk. The minerals and fats in the coconut milk are matched with the sweetness and complex carbohydrates in the organic brown rice milk. Coconut milk is a source of a number of minerals including iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and manganese.
