This delicious, easy healthy recipe is perfect to make ahead of time as a gift or as a go-to, to take to work so you don't skip breakfast!

Vegetarian & Dairy Free options
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of muesli
- 1/2 cup natural yoghurt, plus extra to serve
- handful of frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup grated apple
- handful each of pepitas and almonds
- strawberries
How to make
In a mason jar, layer the muesli, yogurt and berries, apple, pepitas, almonds and strawberries
- Top with a dollop of yoghurt and sprinkle with extra blueberry powder to serve
Notes
Want to make it dairy free? Substitute the yoghurt for plain coconut yoghurt or unflavoured soy yoghurt.
