Treat yourself or someone special with this quick, easy, delicious and nutritious breakfast! Perfect for Mother's Day!

This delicious, easy healthy recipe is perfect to make ahead of time as a gift or as a go-to, to take to work so you don't skip breakfast!

Prep time 5 minutes
Vegetarian & Dairy Free options

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup of muesli
  • 1/2 cup natural yoghurt, plus extra to serve
  • handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup grated apple
  • handful each of pepitas and almonds
  • strawberries

How to make

  1. In a mason jar, layer the muesli, yogurt and berries, apple, pepitas, almonds and strawberries

  2. Top with a dollop of yoghurt and sprinkle with extra blueberry powder to serve

Notes

Want to make it dairy free? Substitute the yoghurt for plain coconut yoghurt or unflavoured soy yoghurt.
