Our dark chocolate and apricot bites make are a great snack for women on-the-go, perfect to prep on the weekend and enjoy all week long.

Dried apricots bring natural sweetness and are a surprisingly rich source of non-haem iron. When paired with high-fibre almond meal, rolled oats and peanut butter, these tasty bites are a good source of both iron and folate, two valuable nutrients to which help to support a healthy pregnancy and post-partum journey. Plus, there is no need to whip out that clunky food processor, this one-bowl recipe means ultimate ease and little washing up, win win!
