Rich in protein, complex carbohydrates and omega-3 fatty acids, take a break from your healthy salad recipes and try the Hawaiian poke bowl.

This recipe is a light, quick and delicious meal, packed full of protein!

Ingredients

Serves 1
Prep time 5-8 minutes

  • 2 green onions chopped
  • ¼ red cabbage sliced
  • ½ cup cooked brown rice, quinoa or soba noodles
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • 200g sushi grade salmon or tuna

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Chilli flakes to taste

How to make

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, drizzle on the dressing and eat fresh.
