Tuna tortilla wraps

After a lunch idea to set your mind on track for the rest of the afternoon? Look no further than these tasty wraps.

Ingredients

  • 1 grated carrot

  • Handful of raisins

  • 2 teaspoons low-fat mayonnaise

  • 2 teaspoons low-fat natural yoghurt

  • 198g can tuna in spring water, drained

  • 4 tortillas

  • 4 lettuce leaves, shredded

  • 1 large tomato, thinly sliced

How to make

  1. Mix the mayonnaise and natural yoghurt together in a bowl, then add the carrot and raisins
  2. Remove tuna from the can and flake with a fork to break up the chunks. (Mix with a teaspoon of low-fat mayonnaise and a teaspoon of low-fat natural yoghurt if desired.)
  3. Place tortilla on plate.
  4. Place 1/4 of the lettuce, tomato, carrot mixture and tuna in the centre of the tortilla. Fold up the bottom of the tortilla then roll. Voila!
