Active ingredients per pastille
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is a water-soluble antioxidant nutrient involved in many biological processes in the body. Vitamin C is found in a number of fruits and vegetables, great sources are capsicums, blackcurrants, oranges and strawberries.
Dosage
Adults – Chew (do not swallow whole) up to 5 gummies (pastilles) a day.
Children 5-17 years - Chew (do not swallow whole) up to 3 gummies (pastilles) a day.
Children 2-4 years – Chew (do not swallow whole) 1 gummy (pastille) once a day. Use in children only under adult supervision.
Not recommended for children under 2 years.
