By submitting a testimonial you agree to the potential use of the testimonial and if you have submitted a photograph or video, the potential use of your likeness and/or that of your pet) on:

a) all websites and social media platforms operated by; and
b) all marketing, advertising, promotional and training materials published by or on behalf of; Blackmores Limited (including those in the name of PAW by Blackmores).

If you have submitted a photograph or video, you are also confirming:

a) that the photograph or video only contains your likeness and/or that of your pet, and no other person or their pet;
b) you are over the age of 16;

We won’t display your full name or contact details, only your first name and suburb/state. There may be circumstances where a minor rewording or original text may be required to align with regulatory specifications, however the original meaning of your words will not be altered.

Please note: If you provide a testimonial and/or a photograph/video you are expressly agreeing that we can use and deal with your personal information (including any sensitive information such as health information you may disclose) in accordance with our Privacy Policy
