Contraindications and cautions

  • None clinically significant noted in the literature at the recommended dosage.
  • This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 µg for adults of selenium from dietary. supplements should not be exceeded.
  • Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

My daughter started this last month, recently reminded her to take it in the mornings before she goes to school. She has complained of having headaches and gastric pains. She has not been taking other supplements. Has anyone experienced the same? Should she stop talking this ? She is Turning 15 this June . Thanks
